PRACTICE IT GUYS!

Yesterday i was attend to a seminar which is organized by a residential college of $%#^%^#$.
and the speaker was damn good n he share with us some good points.

Points about bringing up a good leadership in our self.

• TO BE WHAT WE ARE AND TO BECOME WHAT, WE ARE CAPABLE FOR BECOMING IS THE ONLY END OF LIFE.
• INNER LEADERSHIP PRECEDES OUTER LEADERSHIP.
• TRAVEL WITHIN YOU
• DISPLAY THE MATURED QUALITIES IN YOU
• LEADERSHIP IS NOT A POSITION BUT ACTION
• PURPOSE IS THE MOST POWERFUL MOTIVATOR IN THE WORLD
• THE WAY OUT IS IN

Additionally ,he also said that we should think about past just in 5% and about future just about 10% but rest of the percentages, we should think about present.

we should set our goals and aims and work towards it......
